Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-returnable items

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Certain personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
